Catherine Alman MacDonagh, JD is the CEO and Founder of the Legal Lean Sigma Institute and a recognized legal industry innovator focused on helping people work better together. With nearly 30 years of experience, she partners with legal and business professionals to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and lead effective, sustainable change. Catherine blends practical tools from process improvement, project management, change management, and design thinking to strengthen efficiency, communication, and client service.
