It’s not new. Aristotle wrote about it. So why don’t more people understand and improve their emotional intelligence? EQ has been proven to be more important than IQ in being successful. In this program the foundations of EQ are explored and applied to improving one’s own EQ to build better relationships with colleagues and clients. At the end of the session the audience will:

  1. Have more self-awareness and understand its role in improving EQ
  2. Understand the importance of EQ in work relationships
  3. Have strategies for responding to emotions in the workplace
